i'm sorry i came across as a dick, i'm sorry this isn't a thread about matching my risers to deep vs to my chain to my spokes, i would rather not involve a lawyer if i don't have to, i'm not anti lawyer i just think they have their place and time and frankly making a little money off a standard insurance claim is not one of them,

i know other people on here have dealt with insurance, in the years i've been a member of bike forums i've posted only a handful of times anywhere but the ssfg, i know i've seen similar threads on this forum and though i couldn't find them i figured someone would be able to share their experience

sorry if you're upset that i posted here, like i said i think it's good to have this info available for people that don't yet need it to see it and this isn't an issue of advocacy or safety, this is an issue of dealing with some insurance BS and i was hoping someone here would be able to share, thanks for those with helpful answers, i'm checking out those links now
