Who does the P90X workouts?

I do. I needed somthing to supplement my regular trainer rides, which were resulting in my gaining weight. So, i added p90X. What an awsome workout!!! It will kick your butt, no matter what condition you are in. It has options for beginner, intermediate, and the fully advanced athelete who thinks he can keep up with the work out routines.

anyone really interested in keeping in shape during the off season should give this a shot. if you stick with it, you will see amazing results in 90 days, no matter what your conditioning right now.

My other option was to continue to ride the trainer and put on weight. I recommend this workout if you are interested in increasing your VO2 max and if you want to be in better overall shape. that is my goal as i never anticipate being a "professional cyclist". I seriously doubt most of the BF membership are professional level riders either. Dont do it if you dont want to. i dont care. Its a killer workout. Try it and see.
