Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Really? You're going to bump this thread?

It's going to take so long for it to die now.

Bikes: Some bikes. Hell, they're all the same, ain't they?

Found a schedule maker to replace the one I linked to earlier in this thread (which has since disappeared).

Would you rather I didn't search and create yet another thread?

Today is day 7, and things are definitely going well!

So, that's probably 99% of Americans.

I AM THE 99%.

I am sorry everyone, my first comment was a little harsh. I was thinking that everyone here on these forums were all super competitive elitist cyclists.

That's your second mistake; all the super competitive elitist cyclists are busy riding or training (or doping) instead of wasting time in forums.

zombie thread! and yeah the comment about not knowing how to workout is BS! I went from 230 cock diesel power lifter (with a six pack) to a 190 pound fast cyclist(with a six pack), then started p90x got down to 180 absolutely ripped! program works! I know all kinds of stuff about working out, i'm not an elitist cyclist, just like riding fast, not a world class power lifter, just liked lifting heavy, not an infomercial, just liked doing something to improve myself.

I didn't think I needed to quote you, since no one posted after or criticized on the program on this page, but yes you.

Most of the non-professional cyclists, like myself, have strong legs, but weak upper bodies and cores. I don't need to lose any weight (6'2", 165lbs), but I would like to be stronger everywhere.

I'm also not following the diet part, because I already eat very well (I'm not overweight, and eat a balanced diet).
