I've been using Shimano SPDs but was thinking of getting a set of the red speedplay zero stainless. I never used them before and don't know anyone who does... Will the cleats for the Speedplay fit my Shimano shoes that were using the SPD cleat?

I like the floating options on them, are they really easier on your knees?
