Work out really hard for about an hour a day and eat a calorie restricted diet and you'll lose weight . . . revolutionary!

in all seriousness, it's not bad, but there's nothing new about it really. It's just good for someone who needs a specific regimen to follow (not necessarily a bad thing as long as you're realistic), but there are cheaper plans out there.
