donnie, if I "legally" can share the DVDs with you, I'm happy to. It has kempo karate which would be interesting with your TKD. and the other workouts give your eniter body a heck of a workout. so much more than just riding on a trainer can do. its an overall body workout. I was wondering if it would benefit my cycling any at all, but after my 36 mile ride this past weekend, I have to conclude it really does.

you have to try it to see. even if the only benefit is the weight loss, that coupled with the workout of muscle groups you do not ordinarily work on the bike is Great!!

I just can't ride the trainer more than an hour and an half or so, which is a CTS or Spinervals workout, plus a half hour before I'm just too bored to continue any more. On the road I can ride 5-7 hours, not in the basement, so I find P90X a great addition to the winter workouts.
Ok dave if u want to share um lmk i'll send ya my address!!!Glad it's working out for u
