If you`re going to have to buy everything that isn`t in the picture, you`d probably be about even to buy a whole bike. Unless you feel a personal attachment to that one. If the stuff is just temporarilly removed and you still have it, pardon me for butting in. Those are plain old canti brakes- 99% of all road levers will work with them directly.
