I am actually on the P90X program as well. The biggest difficulty is being consistent. There are too many days where I would skip the workout or not put in as much effort because other parts of my body would be sore.
But wow, I'm surprised at how many people here are actually against this kind of program. It's very similar to your basic homemade routine with standard push-ups, etc. But, I guess not a lot of people ever touch their upper body here. I honestly have no idea how someone can get "ripped" through cycling alone. Realistically/scientifically, it's impossible.

simple, spend your whole life going to the gym and doing weights. then stop and start cycling. it'll take a while to lose the muscle.
