This is a pro frame. A pro frame is not designed to last forever if it's to be raced. That's why the warranty does not include racing. Therefore, if you cannot afford to replace your broken raced pro frame, follow this old racing adage...
"Race what you can replace."
Or become a good enough rider that someone will pay for your stuff and give you a salary. Or get into the bike business so you can buy new stuff at prices lower than what people buy used stuff for.
Life is not this hard folks.
Warranty coverage does not include racing or secondary ownership. It's called "assumption of risk."
