+1. I try to avoid the frame contacting anything. When i lean the bike i make sure no part of the frame touches whatever i being leaned against to avoid any risk of scratching it.
Pretty good advice. Most of my bikes have a nick or two somewhere from being leaned on the frame, usually on a poor material like concrete.
They're not gonna fall apart, but it's an easy class of minor damage to avoid.
Now, the massive paint that disappeared between my chainrings and the frame, that's a reminder to never buy a triple again!
