It does a lot but the only part I used the last two days was the GPS tracking to & from work. It calcs total calories burned, mph for each part of the commute, elevation climbed, etc. Plus it saves all your commutes online for a history.
kinda cool... but maybe not for folks that have compters on their bikes and stuff.
