Hi --

So I got this frame a while ago from a friend, and I love it, maybe I'm asking the wrong people, but no one seems to know who made it? Local bike shop owners, friends, the internet, etc. Also painted over the serial number a while back, so all I can make out now is that it starts with an 'N'...

Not that it's really that important, just wondering if anyone recognizes the emblem right off the bat?

If any additional info is needed let me know....thanks!
