why do people need to carry 4 water bottles? 2 is enough generally and if not one refill does the trick but i don't even bother with that. i just buy a little bottle of orange juice if i need more liquid. the extra sugar in it is a help.
Because on my 4-5 hour training loop, ~7k ft climbing, I may not see a water stop for ~4 hours. You think I carry the extra weight for funsies?
