Man, just completed the Yoga X for the second time. It does get easier. I'm no yoga expert, and really have never done it before, but I seem to be getting better at it. several of the moves are really tough and just can't do them yet, but many of them I.m getting better at. Also, lost 6 lbs total since I started this thing. I'm happy with it so far, and no doubt will be in much better shape when I can start riding outside again.
How long did it take you to lose the 6 pounds?
