Chest n' back yesterday, and gonna do Plyo today.
A little more than 20 lbs lost since October. Yesterday, I got to use the smallest hole on my belt for the first time ever.
I'l add that it hasn't been just P90X -- I've been logging calorie intake, too. But, I think that working on the entire body helps, since it keeps all the non-cycling muscle groups from atrophying into useless mass that won't burn enough calories over the rest of the day.
