Bikes: 2018 Lynskey Helix Pro

No major changes or upgrades.
2001 Litespeed Tuscany: new chain, chainrings (53/39), cassette (11-23), BB, cables, brake pads -- and the hard part -- the brifter hoods. Rides great.
I also took off the Look Keo pedals for the winter and tried Crank Bros. Smarty pedals. Much easier to clip into and out of on cold rides.
Put the Keos back on last week. I sure missed them.

2009 Kona Jake: new chainring -- was 48/38, now 48/34. Makes climbing (off road) much easier.
