I'm swapping out the whole gruppo... had DA 8 speed, getting SRAM Force with red shifters and some new Easton wheels.

The frame is an older Merlin Road that I acquired from a friend, maybe vintage early 90s, not sure.

Should get here in a week. No, I can't wait. Tempted to drive to Colorado Cyclist and show them how to run a warehouse. 3-5 days to pick a small order, pfft. Haven't been this excited about bike parts since I first moved to STI back in the late 90s.
