The roads we are traveling on our adventure are the infamous Canadian all-weather highways, which translate to gravel roads. I've done a similar trip on a Z-1 Kawasaki thirty years ago, and you haven't lived till you are going sideways at 70 mph on gravel. Now that's exciting.
