For a road dropouts to track ends conversion, I wouldn't even consider using Campagnolo track ends, because you'll need longer ears for a conversion (you'll need to cut off some of the seat stays and chain stays, requiring longer ears on the track ends). Henry James has 4130 track ends for conversions with extra long ears and enough 'meat' for a wide range of stay angles. You can add stainless steel dropout faces from Kirk Pacenti if desired.
