Road to fixed dropout conversion

I have a pretty rare and cool pursuit Columbus tubing 650c wheel sized bike Ive been working on for ages. I just recently converted it to a SS and i want to make this frame a street track bike and cut off all braze-on's and switch the rear drops to accept campagnolo track drops. What would be a ball park figure if i could find a frame builder to do the conversion? Any from Philly in here that would be interested in doing the conversion? The frame is all Columbus tubing and im not going geared so instead of buying another frame why not use the one Ive already accustomed to instead. I know painting would have to be done when everything is finished so i already have someone for that. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated! Pics will be up soon of the whole bike, Thanks!

Bilenky seems to be the Philly area builder of choice for things like this. Is it a time trial bike?

For a road dropouts to track ends conversion, I wouldn't even consider using Campagnolo track ends, because you'll need longer ears for a conversion (you'll need to cut off some of the seat stays and chain stays, requiring longer ears on the track ends). Henry James has 4130 track ends for conversions with extra long ears and enough 'meat' for a wide range of stay angles. You can add stainless steel dropout faces from Kirk Pacenti if desired.

I used Pacenti track dropouts on the conversion I did -- I like the stainless faces. I had to bend the seat stays back a little, no big deal. Henry James are nice because they match more bikes. I have some NOS campagnolo track drops. They would have worked but I decided to hold on to them for a more interesting project.

Bilenky lists dropout replacements at $150 for the pair. After I did it I decided I wouldn't charge any less.

Platy is just ribbing you for wanting to cut off the braze-ons.

Fair enough, ill take that back. I respect road frames just as much but in the city and what i use it for is just useless to me, but i still love em!
