I don't know. As I was looking through past posts I had found another 70's era Bianchi that had its same crank arm in the same condition. Strange coincedence only I am sure. On the head tube the a serial number is stamped and it looks like it begins with the letter "E". Does this indicate that it was manufactured in the 50s? Surely not, huh? Or is this a geographical ID?
