Have we abandoned physics now, too, along with our HRMs? If you have a mountaintop finish, potential energy is the goal. And the quicker one can have it, the better. I think they say that the person who acquires it the fastest "wins."

The whole notion of efficiency is to have a good ratio in the conversion from one form of energy to another. If you're denying that now, too, I think this discussion has reached its limit.
