In getting ready for the MS I was at Terry Hershey near the beltway on Tuesday with my brother and a bolt holding his handlebar on failed and he crashed pretty hard onto the side of the path. Got to an emergency care clinic and ended up with 9 stitches near his right elbow and wearing a splint on his left thumb for a hairline fracture!

Be careful out there and you never know when or where something might happen, always wear your helmets!

He keeps saying he plans to be able to ride but it will be tough, we will know in time if he is still able to do it.
