Here in the US it's probably JensenUSA however in the long run I think you (and your community) would be better served by your local bike shop (LBS): A) it brings more money to your community, in turn to you as well and B) you can always talk a bike shop down on a price especially now (I know, I'm an LBS owner). Ask them to knock off $150 off of the price and see where it takes you. If it doesn't work there go to the next one, there are a lot of great shops in Ontario.
