Your bike has 700c wheels with 32 mm road tires so the best you can do is replace the tires with something thinner and lighter. Going to 700x28 or 700x25 tires should save some weight and reduce rolling resistance a bit. There is little benefit to changing the wheels unless you go to much lighter (read $$$$) wheels and the bike doesn't justify that.

Your bike is a hybrid with flat bars and a rather upright riding position. It will never be as fast or aerodynamic as a true road bike.
