, I have had good luck stripping the paint off a Fuji UP Beat Cruiser that had been spray painted red just using a spray on paint remover. I am down to all the knooks and crannies now and the paint under it is fantastic just spray on a small spot wait for the bubbles and wipe off even the decals are fine, I think it is called BIX paint remover and it is water based. it is the blue bike in the photo and everything on it was spray painted red.
