Any recommendations? Of all the bike shops in Sacramento, I'm not really happy with any of them. Most of the wrenches seem like kids who'd be better off working at a basic college bike co-op or something of that sort, and not a single shop employee I've talked to seems to have any real sense of customer's needs.

I've been riding for 4 years and am nowhere near clueless and am pretty confident I'm right on or close to it. I have however been developing some knee pain and think it may be related to my saddle or cleat position. Though I've never been fit, I'm not sure I trust anyone at City, Mikes, Biz, Mad Cat or Performance to make a better decision for me than I've already made. Maybe Bikes Plus in Folsom, or the Bike Chef? If anyone has any experiences with a bike fit in Sac town, I'd appreciate some details. Thanks!
