Here is mine. Trek Multitrack. It was a hybrid with riser bars and stem, box wheels and v-brakes.

old sora shifters 8sp
new tektro cyclocross brakes
Alex rims DA 22 with Armadillos
rack and PB fenders
Nashbar SPD platforms
Saddle Vader (Selle italia SLR replica)
Acera rear derailleur


Pretty much the only think stock is the frame fork and crank. It gets me to where I need to go.
