Well. Harris Cyclery sells a 49cm fuji track frame, fork, seatpost, and headset for $300.
49 is unfortunetly too big. The iro would be perfect since the c-c is 46, but since its track geometry, the standover height is too tall.

I think I am faced with the fact that track geometry wont fit me unless I drop to 650 cc, but I dont want to do that since I want my wheelset to be compatible with my current bike. Too bad I cant find a new road frame with horizontle dropouts or track fork ends.

Looks like the only way I am getting a brand spankin new frame is to have one made for me. I am really into some of the work circleAcycles has done!
