It might look like it, but my old bike was about 20.5 from seat post to stem, and this is the same, The lht does have a shorter stem, and more up right,
Do mind you it is a 50, so its smaller then you might think, photo also might be a little distorted,
Edit: also I just realized the front wheel is placed forward making it look shorter,
Oh but it ride so wonderful, here is a my old bike to far down, and racey for commuting
