Can anyone out there tell me what these handlebars are (see image on Flickr link below)? They look a lot like the Nitto Promenade (which I love), but these accept bar end shifters which the Promenade will not do. I'm looking for handlebar reco's for a Surly Cross Check tweak I am contemplating, but I want to have a little forward lean....kind of a hybrid between the position the Albatross bars would put me in and what a straight bar would do. Not sure the bars in this picture would accomplish what I'm looking for though.

Here's my thoughts:
- Surly CC stock components (56cm)
- Add Brooks B.67 saddle
- Add swept handlebars
- Really want to be able to use the bar end shifters that come stock
- Maybe a longer stem (120mm? 135mm?) would help me find that happy medium position?

Thoughts?
