I mostly ride on the hoods but I do get up in the top regularly. It looks about as wide at the hoods as my 44's on the one bike and the drops look wider then my 46's on the other. Little concerned if the hoods are going to feel funny turned sideways.
No worries. The WTB Dirt Drop's hood position seems more vertical compared to the On One Midge bars that I have and also the tops are wider, again, compared to my bars. The drops on my bars are shallower compared to the WTB(based on an image in their site).
