Yes, as above if packaged by Shimano for retail sale. If you bought from a large scale online retailer, then no. Their stuff is purchased and sold bulk as most are Bike builders. The items you buy from them are from bulk packaging and it is up to the seller what they include. Call Ribble, PBK, Chain Reaction if you used them and ask.
