$25 for both or $25 each? Either way, I've never heard of that brand, and generally speaking I wouldn't expect a lot at that price range. Still, it might work for you, 8 panels is a good thing but there's no telling what that fabric and especially the chamois is going to look/feel like. Report back after you've ridden them.
