You'll notice that it appears that this crank has a different bolt circle diameter for the large and the small ring. Not a good thing, as you will never find anything to fit the large BCD. But if you want to go this way, many of these inexpensive cranks used really long spindles, like 124-127mm, usually nutted as well (like the Niagara link).

And there are no "english-tapered" spindles. Pyramid's are probably all JIS.
