I have both these and the Pd-7400 dura ace ones too. I love them. they work way better for me than the platform type pedals and the dura-ace ones spin like butter. Though with the dura ace ones I have no idea how to over haul them. anyone have any pointers on how to overhaul them? Im really confused as to the axle attachment method and apparently they have needle bearings too.
