Sounds like your key criterion is forgetting about the epic 2 year tours... so sell the epic touring bicycle - which seems to be the thorn nomad.

I would also sell the folder if you don't take public transit or have a shortage of storage space.

Lastly I would sell the big dummy and replace it with a trailer that can mount on the LHT.
