Bikes: Giant Excursion, Raleigh Sports, Raleigh R.S.W. Compact, Motobecane? and about 20 more! OMG
FWIW I have around 30 bikes hanging around the place, most are vintage. The collection is dynamic with members coming and going on occasion. The base collection is probably about 6.

Hello again Aaron. I hope we can meet some time.
Like you, vintage has exercised its dark magic over me. Been a busy boy lately restoring. My sons commented on the silly grin I get when I ride them so I guess we are all doing something right. And the missus protests but not too strongly, hey, she likes shoes and bags and pretty stones and trinkets. We all have weaknesses.

I freaking love your Thorn Nomad. The only thing I would do differently is add trekking bars and that would be one bike that I'd feel like I could do anything with (except maybe race), including travel because of the s/s couplers. So I guess the Nomad would be the last one that I would get rid of.

Lose the Big Dummy and The Bike Friday, keep the Pugsley, Nomad and LHT. Maybe even lob the LHT too.
The Nomad and the Pugsley are without doubt the most versatile of the bunch, and will be totally up for any job you want 'em to do, anywhere in the world. The Dummy is fine for big shopping trips I guess but I'd prefer to use a car. The Bike Friday is.. well... a bit gay. And the LHT is a handsome bike for sure, but it's a derailleur, man...

i'd part out the nomad and keep the frame. i'd consider doing the same with the bike friday. they're both really cool. if you plan a tour where an s&s or folder fits the bill, you can swap over some or all of the parts from the lht.
do you ride the big dummy much? if it's just sitting around, i'd lose that, too.

I'd ask that you delete your comment about the NWT - it's simply not appropriate and I find it offensive. Personally I really enjoy riding the NWT and since I'm secure in my sexual orientation the size of the wheels has never been an issue for me.
I love the LHT and as much as I'm a fan of IGHs it's not like derailleurs don't work. I've had lots of happy KMs on that bike so I'm not going to mess with it. I've got a pile of spare derailleurs in my parts bin so I suspect the LHT will be rolling without a IGH for a long time.
At the moment my least used bike is the Pugsley. But, I spend months on the beach in Baja frequently and as soon as my next trip south rolls around I'll be kicking myself for selling it.

Well you could Pugsly modify the big dummy ..
recall seeing this guy riding his Pugsly and an extrawheel with another large wheel, off into the Australian outback
sites still up: https://wildworks.co.nz/csr/home.php
Suppose It's mostly just put a Pugsly fork in a big dummy frame,
since the rear is already 135, pugsly fork is 135 too, as I understand..

I frequently ride a Bike Friday, a recumbent, I live near San Francisco, and I'm 100% straight! Personally I find it a sign of weakness when a person is concerned about what other people might think about riding an uncommon bike.

I would keep the Thorn and add a trailer to replace the cargo carrying capacity. But if you are like most bike fanatics you aren't really going to get rid of any of them, whatever the current crisis is will blow over. I have 5 bikes and my wife talks about me getting rid of some of them every-once in a while but nothing ever happens. This has been going on for years now.
Good luck

I regularly embarrass people with my somewhat eccentric behaviour...like driving a heavy farm truck in work clothes with a tiara

For some reason I have fun jerking peoples' chains by doing off the wall stuff...
