I would keep the Thorn and add a trailer to replace the cargo carrying capacity. But if you are like most bike fanatics you aren't really going to get rid of any of them, whatever the current crisis is will blow over. I have 5 bikes and my wife talks about me getting rid of some of them every-once in a while but nothing ever happens. This has been going on for years now.
