i'd part out the nomad and keep the frame. i'd consider doing the same with the bike friday. they're both really cool. if you plan a tour where an s&s or folder fits the bill, you can swap over some or all of the parts from the lht.

do you ride the big dummy much? if it's just sitting around, i'd lose that, too.
