Well you could Pugsly modify the big dummy ..

recall seeing this guy riding his Pugsly and an extrawheel with another large wheel, off into the Australian outback

Suppose It's mostly just put a Pugsly fork in a big dummy frame,
since the rear is already 135, pugsly fork is 135 too, as I understand..
