I'd only keep the Big Dummy, the LHT, and the Bike Friday. The Big Dummy just because it's a badass cool bike, the LHT for weekenders, the Bike Friday for long weekenders in Montreal.

You should get rid of the rest, and definitely the Pugsley. That'a a nice bike, but there is a lot of good fatbike technology coming up right now.
