So I bought a Bianchi Pista about 6 months ago, and rode the hell out of it
By now I feel like the parts on it are sub par compared to the frame
Now I know this thread has been brought up before ( I searched and read the others, but still have questions.)

Everything is stock on it except the seat and tires , my budget is 400$, to make the best of this I was thinking

and maybe new wheels or rear cog (sry don't know the proper term, the thing on the rear wheel that the chain is on,)

anyways I'm not trying to fit it with top of the line race parts, just make it dependable and fast. I learned the hard way that cheap parts will just break down on you.
