Chain lube on the chain. "Superlube PTFE based lubricant for der pivots, cables, shifters, brake levers and everything that needs light lube. Superlube PTFE grease for bearings, pedals, jockey wheels, and all the 'grease' stuff. Occasionally I work a little 10-30 synthetic oil into the freehub.

The superlubes are at the hardware store. The lube comes in a pen type dispenser, and the grease is in a tube that fits into Finish Lines $20.00 grease gun. Very handy tool. Bikes that are kept clean and lubed perform well and last a long time. That's about it. bk
