Not that there's anything wrong with the Six, but there's nothing special about it either. It's Cannondale's entry level carbon frame, asian made (not that there's anything wrong with that). If you're considering the Six, why not test ride some comparable bikes from other manufacturers (Giant, Felt, Fuji, etc.).
It's believed that this will be the last US made CAAD9. The CAAD series used to be at the top of Cannondale's lineup, now that everyone's gone carbon-crazy it's a very light frame at an affordable price.
The most important thing is what feels better to you though. Ride them both, ride some other bikes, and see which one you like best.
You are confusing two different bikes. The OP is looking at the Six and not Six Carbon. The Six is an aluminum frame with carbon rear triangle and the Six Carbon is all carbon.
