Bikes: 1996 Trek 5500 Ice Fire (rare!) 1996 Trek Y-33 (yellow), 2008 Trek Fuel EX-9

I'm not worried. My '96 Y33 still works just fine. And that's old stuff carbon.

Been hearing how bad carbon fiber is for mountain bikes for over 16 years - yet my '08 Fuel EX9 snapped. Aluminum. Yeah, so which am I worried about?
