My '09 Norco Kokanee , does a dirty vehicle make the bike look cleaner

My fenders+slicks+saddle bag are coming in the mail, but i think my bike is coming along pretty well.

Edit: I took off the u-lock up front, for obvious reasons. One bump and it already fell off.
