I think this is fine, but just checking if I should be more worried ...

I hit a sharp edged pretty decent size rock (6" x 3" maybe) which first gashed my tire and then bounced of the bottom of my frame and my shin.

The wheel seems untrued now, is it salvageable?

More of a concern is the the dent I saw in the frame. Is this any cause for concern, or should it be fine?
