I use SPD's, but I'm considering a switch to Crank Brothers eggbeaters.
I ride with Eggbeaters an awesome pedal that said I'm switching to DX Clones and a set of Holdfast type straps. Because I commute a short distance 4 times a day and changing my shoes everytime I get on my bike is annoying, but I will be keeping them for long rides
