Based on the 4th photo, I'm wondering if somebody possibly overtightened the clamp for the downtube shifters. The tubing almost looks crushed on the right under the right shifter. It is possible for this to happen if a gorilla mechanic overtightens a clamp. Hopefully not, maybe just a trick of the light, but that's my 2c.
